What about teaching/learning?

Teaching is an art and you can improve your art by knowing your skills. Teaching is very important. So I am as a teacher when I work in the domain of teaching I should know the areas that I should cover. Also I should know how I must teach my students, how to structure a lesson, how to manage the class, how to assess my students and so on. In teaching, the teacher must has many skills such as: being up to date to her knowledge, believe in her learning, respect and ready to accept any criticism. Every teacher has standard and expectation but the teacher should has high standards and high expectation to get better results. In teaching the teacher should know that whatever she is doing their should be 3 messages to sent: this is important, you can do it and I won't give up on you. The teacher should have high expectations because as we know: what expect is what you get. So if the teacher expect that her students will not be able to reach the standard then they will not. To add, to improve teaching/learning we must use technology. All the students are interested in the technology so if we use it in learning then they will be interested to learn more and more. We can make to them online sessions, online test, let them do the homework on their computers, we can use games and activities on computer to encourage them to learn. For example we can use kahoot to do a quiz, we can use activinspire in the explanation of lesson, we can make group work by using google slide at which all the students will be able to work from their homes, it is not necessary to sit with each other.
